Nine out ten of the most affordable places to live in Utah are in Utah County. Of the top twenty, thirteen are in Utah County. American Fork leads the pack, followed by Payson, Eagle Mountain, Spanish Fork, Springville, Lehi, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, and Clinton.

Utah County as a whole comes in at 13% below the national cost of living average. Combine that with our quality of life ratings and, it just goes to show, our comminities are dedicated to a high standard of living without any showy price tags.
